While I'd prefer to simply tell jokes and relate funny, behind the scene stories from my CFL days for an hour, I find that most groups prefer their speakers to do more than that. For this reason I work with each group to design messages specific to their needs.

For example a few years ago I spoke to a bunch of accountants and the title of the talk was "Revenge of the Bean Counters". Perhaps you'd prefer to avoid the word revenge in your message.
